Levante UD and AS Roma agree on the transfer of Buba Sangare

Levante UD and AS Roma have reached an agreement for the transfer of the young player Buba Sangare to the Italian club.

The 16-year-old defender joined Levante's youth academy and, after progressing through the different categories of the club, made his debut with the first team last December in the Copa del Rey match against SD Amorebieta. Just a month later, in January of this year, he made his league debut against CD Mirandés.

Buba Sangare had a very special season last year. In addition to playing his first minutes with the first team, he won the league title with the Juvenil A team and played in the European Championship with the Spanish U-17 national team.

The player has acknowledged that "Levante UD means everything to me because they gave me everything since I arrived as a very young kid." Reflecting on his time with the club, Buba cherishes his debut the most: "When I debuted at Ciutat, I got very emotional. I didn’t expect to debut so young and so soon."
